Now we have Batman: Under the Red Hood and I wanted to give you a little background first before I let you know how I felt about it. Here it is: It’s the best effort so far and by far. It’s a fantastic movie, and that’s what makes it stand head and shoulders above the rest. It’s an actual movie.

You'd think that the guy who pretty much invented the zombie genre as we know it today would make a decent zombie film, especially since it is part of his own series of films.  Yeah, not so much.  Survival of the Dead may actually be referring to the people in the audience.  Brain dead with boredom.

The Losers Review

Let the comic book movie onslaught begin!  Or, actually, you know, continue.  But I am certainly not complaining, no sir, not me.  The thing about all these comic book movies is that it actually gives me a chance to catch up and/or read some series that I just don't have the time or money to keep up with.  Hey, it's hard work buying and reading all these things.

Hot Tub Time Machine Review

From the first moment, there was a man on screen holding car keys covered in shit, I knew this was the movie for me. Many people are comparing this movie to The Hangover, which is entirely wrong. The Hangover was a piece of crap. It was a series of set ups that led to nothing. If I could have punched one movie in the face last year it would have been The Hangover for what it could have been. Hot Tub Time Machine hits all the gags it needs to, disgusting as they are at times.

Avatar Review

Few films ever really live up to the hype that precedes their release.  Lord knows “Avatar” has had the marketing machine in full force for a while now.  And certainly James Cameron is worth it, right?  The guy has made some amazing films like “Terminator” I and II, “Aliens”, “The Abyss”, and “Titanic”.  So the expectations have been high, especially with all the talk of ground-breaking technical effects.
